Jewelery is a very important part of the personality and karma of many women. Some women wear lots of jewelery at once, some wear jewelery even around the house whilst cleaning. Many women can not go without wearing jewelery, especially their favorite piece of jewelery.

Aside from a wedding band one of the most common pieces of jewelery that women wear almost continuously is the bracelet. Bracelets come in many shapes and forms and bracelets invariably are not noticed before other types of jewelery. Charm bracelets, the Pandora bracelet design being a very well known type, are very popular because these bracelets can be adorned with many types of charms. Some charm bracelets can have as many as 20 or more charms.

The charms can be made of many materials including Sterling Silver, Gold, Lamp Work Glass, wood. Sterling Silver charms, or sometimes sometimes known as 925 silver charms, are the most common of the charms in use. These charms are valuable, durable, attractive and yet affordable enough to put on any charm bracelet. Many will have a mixture of sterling silver charms and charms made from lamp work glass or acrylic in brilliant colors to create stunning highlights on the bracelet.

Some women will wear bracelets on both wrists and some women will wear more than one bracelet on a wrist. With the wearing of multiple bracelets there is often the combination of a solid band type bracelet with a charm bracelet, one bracelet complimenting the other.

The charm bracelet is fast becoming the bracelet of choice with many modern women. The huge number and variety of charms available offer an endless combination to satisfy any individual taste which appeals to many women who like to wear bracelets and also like to be individual in the jewelery they wear.

It is important to size a charm bracelet correctly to allow room for the charms to move on the bracelet when worn on the wrist. A general guide is add about 40-50 mm to your wrist measurement for a Pandora charm bracelet or similar style.
