A bunch of roses in different colors is a great sight to see. Do you know what the different rose colors mean on different occasions? Well here are the meanings that each of these colors represent. A white rose is one that represents purity and simplicity. It is closer to spirituality and platonic happiness. The white rose also symbolizes respect and reverence. Rose colors are created, perhaps, to signify the various phases of life that a person transits through.

A red rose is invariably associated with love and youthful emotions. The emotions and the feelings that two young adults share amongst themselves is greatly enhanced by a bunch of red roses. Since times immemorial, the red rose has been closely associated with love, emotions, enduring passions and the yearning for closeness between two loving souls.

While it must be appreciated that rose colors express the various facets of a person’s life and the associated sentiments, the yellow rose holds a prime place of importance. This is a fantastic color when it comes to express neutral relationships. Friendships, fun and frolic are all present in abundant quantities in yellow and orange colors. Youths introduce themselves among each other with a bunch of bright yellow roses and they can also become friends for life. What is life without friends and eternal friendships – and true to this statement, the yellow rose works out as a great friendship tool.

Pink is the most delicate and fragile of all colors. A pink rose defines feminine charms, softness and elegance. Persons who are extremely sensitive to varying moods need the color pink to cheer them up and stay happy in their lives. A bunch of the best pink roses is bound to bring loads of smiles and happiness to such people. Pink is also closely linked to affection and babyish charms. A new mother would greatly appreciate a bouquet of pink roses by her side with the newborn nestling in her arms. Rose colors have a way of expressing human sentiments. Things that cannot be said in words can be aptly described through a simple rose bud. This is true in the case of all emotions and sentiments that the human life passes through.

The black rose signifies sorrow and sadness. A black rose is more related to a sad event. The tenor of the occasion and the aura of sobriety are well represented by this rose color. Funerals and mourning-ceremonies are sad events of life and the black rose adds to the somber atmosphere during these times.

There are many other rose colors that are available, though most of them are not commonly exchanged. There are purple and green roses too, and violet color roses that are the products of scientific research in the sharing of cells between two plants. These are unique rose colors and are generally wrapped in a multi-colored bouquet or bunch of roses. These multicolored bouquets are very useful if you want to wish an office colleague a great birthday or reward him for a great achievement.
