Okay, so here goes. On the banana diet you can eat eleven bananas, one cup of soy milk and half a cup of cooked rice. Eat 3 bananas for breakfast. Have a banana and the soy milk as a shake for mid morning. Blend the soy milk, one banana and a half cup of ice. This will be delicious. For lunch enjoy 3 more bananas and for a mid lunch snack have one more banana. Your dinner will be the remaining three sliced bananas over a half cup of cooked rice.

Add a sprinkle of salt for extra deliciousness. Yeah, this diet is monotonous, but it’ll work like a charm. Drink as much water and unadulterated teas and coffee as you want and you won’t go above 1300 calories. Throw in some light exercise for additional effect.
